Join us for virtual information sessions focused on the revised procedures for Sponsored Educational Activities Involving Minors at UMB, in accordance with the UMB Policy on the Protection of Minors.
 
While the UMB Policy on the Protection of Minors was finalized in 2021, revised procedures were adopted in summer 2025 to create a more streamlined process across the University.
 
These revisions simplify the administrative steps; the paperwork and other requirements are located in one database to improve clarity, efficiency, and the workflow.
 
All Sponsored Educational Activities Involving Minors must be registered at least 30 days prior to any communication with families or minors.
