February 20: AIM-High Needs Assessment for Nursing Faculty. Your Response Matters
February 20, 2026
The University of Maryland School of Nursing continues to advance education with artificial intelligence through the new Artificial Intelligence in Maryland Higher Education (AIM-High) Program. This statewide initiative grows directly from the success of the Faculty AI Champions Program and extends that momentum to support nurse educators across Maryland.
To guide this next phase, UMSON faculty are invited to complete a brief 10-minute needs assessment survey. The survey will help identify current priorities, gaps, and professional development needs related to AI integration in teaching, practice, and scholarship. Insights from faculty will shape upcoming AIM-High webinars, innovation labs, resources, and mentorship opportunities.
The survey will be open January 20 through February 28, 2026. Participation is voluntary and anonymous, and results will be reported only in aggregate.
