The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) partnered with the National Institutes of Health to award $215,000 in grants to 17 nursing schools, including UMSON, across the country.

The schools received funding through the AACN Mini-Grants Awards Program (congratulations to co-PIs Kristen Rawlett and Veronica Njie-Carr) to raise awareness of the All of Us Research Program, with the end goal of increasing participation of under-represented communities in biomedical research.

This story map showcases the great impact these grants have had in our communities. Be sure to scroll down to review content about UMSON’s efforts.
