Do you want to learn new strategies to manage stress and anxiety?

Would you like to be more consistent with coping skills in difficult situations?

Do you have time for three weekly, one-hour sessions to help you better understand anxiety and how to reduce it?

The Student Counseling Center will hold a meeting from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the next two Mondays, March 2 and March 9. The workshop will involve psychoeducation on anxiety, different techniques to help manage it, and brief home practice exercises to complete between workshops.

We provide students with a practice workbook that is yours to keep. We do recommend that students attend all three workshops because each one builds off of information provided in the last one.
