Join Dawn Alley, PhD, for an overview of the work at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Center, which is designed to reduce health care costs and improve health outcomes through prevention and population health approaches.
Dr. Alley will describe how CMS uses evidence to inform program design and will highlight programs catalyzing innovative partnerships among health care providers and public health and community-based organizations.
