Communications and resources continue to be added to UMSON's COVID-19 webpage

New communications include:

New videos include:

New information about hotlines for COVID-19 Exposure Concerns and those who are Experiencing COVID-19 Symptoms has also been added.

A new dropdown called "Other Ways to Help" has been added that includes links to various volunteer opportunities, as compiled by UMB.

Our "Calling All Makers" dropdown has been expanded to include information about 3-D ear savers that UMMC is requesting.

Also, note this information about volunteering:

Students wishing to volunteer may do so via the Maryland Responds Medical Reserve Corps, the online registration system for medical and public health volunteers for the state of Maryland. The site allows you to register as a responder willing to provide services during a disaster or emergency situation. The registration system will collect basic information about you and your professional skills.

Interested students must take the Road to Readiness (R2R) training for the Maryland Responds program. The R2R initiative was developed to help Maryland Responders complete the steps required for volunteer deployment. All Maryland Responders, regardless of professional background, must complete the R2R steps to be eligible for participation in Maryland Responds deployments and to be protected by state liability coverage during deployments.

All UMSON community members are expected to check their umaryland.edu email and review the UMSON and UMB COVID-19 webpages daily for updates, which are occurring regularly.
