June 1-26, 2020
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Bethesda, MD

Last year’s class completed 50 lectures and 10 lab sessions. Applicants should demonstrate the potential for a highly productive research or clinical career. The program is sponsored by NINR with no tuition costs to the attendees. Attendees are responsible for their own expenses incurred during the program including room, board, and transportation.

Please Note: NINR’s SGI program uses the same application system as the NIH Summer Internship Program in Biomedical Research. To avoid confusion, applicants for the 2020 SGI are strongly urged to review (1) the “Applying to SGI” section of the SGI webpage and (2) the FAQs page.
