The Face Covering or Physical Distancing Concerns form has a centralized home and process.
Reports will now be made through the UMB Hotline just like other concerns, ensuring a uniform process. A direct link to the appropriate form can be found on the Recovery homepage in the Quicklinks box. If you visit the UMB Hotline via umaryland.edu/umbhotline or by clicking the Hotline icon at the bottom of UMB's main homepage, choose Report Electronically and select Environmental & Safety.
