The City-Wide Christian Healthcare Fellowship will be launching on Thursday, April 2, with a panel discussion event that will be held virtually via call-in or Zoom.
Pastor George Hopkins of Sowebo Community Church will be mediating the interprofessional panel on faith in health care.
Panelists include Dr. Charles Edwards, surgeon at Mercy Medical Center; Dr. Daniel Mansour, interprofessional clinic coordinator at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy; Wendy Zhang, nurse practitioner student at the University of Maryland School of Nursing; Nicole Zylstra, clinical social worker at Johns Hopkins; and Dr. Ferdinand Hui, radiologist at Johns Hopkins.
Health care professionals, students, and community members of all disciplines and training levels are welcome.
