Dean Jane Kirschling has announced that in 2021, Dr. Susan Bindon, associate professor, will assume the position of associate dean for faculty development. In this role, she will work collaboratively with department chairs, academic deans, and others to support UMSON faculty, adjunct faculty, and staff in further developing knowledge and skills to facilitate learning across modalities by UMSON’s broad array of nursing students.

Dr. Bindon is currently the director for the DNP Post-Master's option; she will step down from this position to assume the associate dean role.
