The workshop is designed for faculty members who use simulation-based education/experiences in their programs. This workshop will provide an introduction to “Debriefing with ‘Good Judgment.’ ”
This theory-based debriefing method, while initiated in medicine, is versatile across disciplines. To facilitate discipline-specific learning, there will be a portion of the workshop to discuss application to those disciplines represented. An interdisciplinary team of trained debriefing educators from across the UMB campus will facilitate this workshop.
