Do You Need Your Wisdom Teeth Extracted? Research Study Compares Pain Relief Medications

The University of Maryland School of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is looking for participants for a study comparing pain relief medications after wisdom teeth extraction surgery.
You may be eligible for this study if you:
- Are 18 years or older
- Have at least one lower impacted wisdom tooth
Participation involves:
- A screening visit to determine if you are eligible
- Taking the provided study medications as directed
- Daily diaries on your smartphone
- Wearing a watchlike device
- A follow-up exam and return of study items
Participants are compensated $125 at study completion.
