Exercise Research Study for Lung Cancer Survivors Open for Enrollment

Dr. Alice Ryan, a research investigator at the Baltimore VA Medical Center, is recruiting veterans and non-veterans for an exercise-based research study. ACTIVET is recruiting participants ages 40 to 80 who received treatment for lung cancer and are experiencing pain. The 12-week study will investigate the role of exercise rehabilitation on pain symptoms. The aim of the study is to improve physical function, quality of life, and overall wellness and decrease pain and fatigue.
