Faculty: Participate in the Resilient Nurses Initiative WikiWisdom Forum
November 27, 2020Nursing is a profession that has gone above and beyond to meet the needs of patients and COVID has stretched us even further. Despite the challenges, nurses are resilient.
We are excited to participate in an innovative, online peer collaboration project, the R3 Maryland Nurses WikiWisdom Forum, which opens Nov. 30 – Dec. 18, and we want all of our voices included to help us know what’s working.
The R3 Maryland Nurses WikiWisdom Forum is an inclusive and constructive conversation with a kitchen table type approach that inspires an honest and open exchange of thoughts, insights, ideas and stories about:
- how you stay resilient
- what renews your purpose
- what keeps you grounded
- what well-being means to you
- how you maintain your sense of integrity
- how your values are seen through your actions
All nurses who work or learn in Maryland are encouraged to join in by signing up here: WiKiWisdom
