With the approval of President Perman, UMSON was able to award equity adjustments to 16 faculty, effective May 1, 2019. Self-funded through the School of Nursing, the institutional base salaries of all nursing faculty were compared to our stated salary benchmark, which is the 90th of the 75th percentile of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing 2018-19 North Atlantic Region Public faculty salaries. Faculty receiving adjustments have been notified by Dean Kirschling.
