Now that we have returned to campus on a regular basis, we will be resuming some in-person meetings. The meeting organizer must communicate whether the meeting is in person only, hybrid, or virtual only. We will continue our past practice of providing a virtual option for USG faculty and staff for meetings held on the Baltimore campus.

  • For any meeting with in-person attendance, you must reserve the room. The form to do so is located at the bottom of this page.
  • If the meeting is hybrid:
    • In the room reservation form, ask for a space that can accommodate web conferencing.
    • Prior to the meeting, submit a request for training or assistance, if needed. Please submit the request at least two business days prior to the meeting.
    • If you need urgent assistance during the meeting, please call the AV emergency number, 6-6830.

If you are physically present in the building, you are encouraged to attend meetings in person.
