The Elm

Dr. Alice Ryan, a research investigator at the Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center (GRECC), is recruiting veterans and non-veterans for a study to compare muscular strength and quality in healthy individuals to those who have had a stroke. Participants will undergo testing to determine baseline fitness measures. Men and women over age 30 without a history of stroke may be eligible.
