As we enter the last month of 2021, Launch Your Life would like to share tips on managing holiday stress and events.

December is National Stress-Free Family Holidays Month. While this may seem like a tall cup of coffee to fill, here are some tips that we hope will decrease your holiday stress:

  • Take a break from social media. Spend quality time with your family and friends, without the distraction of social media.
  • Make time for yourself! Set out 30 minutes to an hour a day to unwind and recharge.
  • If you are in charge of holiday events, make sure you create a schedule and delegate tasks. This way no one person is overwhelmed.
