Launch Your Life: December Thoughts on Managing Holiday Stress

As we enter the last month of 2021, Launch Your Life would like to share tips on managing holiday stress and events.
December is National Stress-Free Family Holidays Month. While this may seem like a tall cup of coffee to fill, here are some tips that we hope will decrease your holiday stress:
- Take a break from social media. Spend quality time with your family and friends, without the distraction of social media.
- Make time for yourself! Set out 30 minutes to an hour a day to unwind and recharge.
- If you are in charge of holiday events, make sure you create a schedule and delegate tasks. This way no one person is overwhelmed.
