*NEW: Aug. 7, 12 p.m.-1 p.m., Gym-Free Workout: Kickboxing | WebEx: Join experienced kickboxing instructor Carin Clingan for cardio kickboxing to re-energize your day. The class will include warm-up, punches/kicks, standing abs, and cool-down stretches to music to get your midday moves going. This is for all levels and modifications will be taught.
Aug. 14, 1 p.m.-2 p.m., Chair Yoga for Caregivers | WebEx: Caring for your loved ones causing stress? Take time for your own health for better outcomes when caring for others. This practice will focus on simple breath and movement to re-center and re-energize.
Aug. 19, noon, Mindfulness for Caregivers | WebEx: Through this engaging session, explore what it means to be a part of the “sandwich generation,” its effects on personal self-care, and practical mindfulness techniques you can apply.
