Appreciate the fall season with relaxation activities this week.

Kick off the morning with guided meditation and set the tone for your workday Nov. 2 at 8 a.m.  On Wellness Wednesday, Nov. 4, take a deep breath and learn to do mindful breathing. End the week with our popular yoga series for relieving tension in your hips, shoulders, and joints. We hope you will join us and take care of yourself.
