A relaxing guided meditation beginning with breath work, grounding into the body, then relaxing into a journey of peacefulness. Led by Linda Penkala.
June 8 | Chair Yoga & Meditation | 11:30 a.m. | GoToWebinar
Participants will learn the benefits of having a yoga and meditation practice and will be led through a gentle chair yoga sequence along with a brief meditation.
June 11 | Fit Friday - Kickboxing! | 8 a.m. | Zoom
Cardio kickboxing for all levels. We will focus on learning the basic punches (jab, cross, hook, and uppercut) and kicks (front kick, back kick, side kic,k and roundhouse).
