This event aims to advance attendees' understanding of the following:

1. Leveraging patient experience data and community/system approaches to inform care, drug development, and overall research agenda to improve patient outcomes and reduce health inequities for diverse communities with diabetes and chronic kidney disease (CKD).

2. Explore barriers to diversity in clinical trials for CKD and diabetes and strategies to improve diversity in clinical trials.

3. Utilization of real-world data to inform strategies and decision-making on the management of diabetes and CKD.
