The Institute for Human Virology and the Center for Vaccine Development and Global Health, both University of Maryland School of Medicine institutions, need healthy adults 18 years or older to take part in a research study, lasting 12 to 27 months. The study will find out if your body creates an immune response after a COVID-19 vaccine booster and determine its safety.

As part of the study, we will mix and match different vaccines as a booster dose and study the safety and the immune response.

Participants must not had COVID-19 or the antibody infusion of COVID-19 antibody and have either received a COVID-19 vaccine in the past three to five months, or are interested in receiving a COVID-19 vaccine series as part of the booster study.

If you never received a vaccine, you would receive a COVID-19 vaccine followed by a booster shot.
