Monthly refrigerator cleanings will take place the last Friday of every month. If the last Friday of the month falls on a holiday, the cleaning will take place the day before the holiday.

To make the cleaning process as efficient as possible, we ask that all food be cleared out from the refrigerator no later than 1 p.m. on the last Friday of the month. We also ask that all condiments be labeled with an employee name and expiration date.

EVS will not throw anything away during the refrigerator cleanings. Departments are responsible for throwing away any food that has gone bad.

The first cleaning will take place Wednesday, Nov. 24, due to the holiday week.
