Mood Gym is a 60-minute workshop via Zoom that is offered multiple times this semester. You are allowed to come to more than one, but it is not required.

The next session is at noon May 13.

This “fitness” experience is designed to help you strengthen your “muscles” for managing stress and overwhelming emotion. Emotional and cognitive exercises to improve your ability to express emotions effectively will be woven throughout this experience. The session allows time to gain skills, briefly practice, and time to ask questions with the clinician.
