Note that MHEC's application deadline for NSP II grant proposals is now March 6, 2020.

The Fiscal Year 2021 Request for Applications (RFA) for projects under the NSP II program is now posted. Those interested in applying for NSP II support for a program or project must submit a UMSON pre-proposal application via the Education Review Short form by Friday, Jan. 10, 2020. No exceptions will be made.

All preliminary proposals will be reviewed and a determination will be made as to which ones will proceed to full applications.
