Microsoft Teams has updated their participant assignment for Breakout Rooms.
The participant assignment will now appear as a separate window that pops up when you select Assign Participants. This new option not only allows you to sort by participants or rooms, but you can also select multiple participants and assign them to different rooms by checking the box next to their name. This feature allows you to speed up the assignment process and lets you get back to your meeting quicker.
