New Course Proposal Guidelines and Form
November 05, 2021The Academic and Student Affairs Council (ASAC) has approved the revised policy pertaining to all new course proposals, course revisions, and elimination of existing courses.
The revised policy includes definitions for major/minor/basic revisions and elimination of an existing course; timelines to submit; responsibilities and processes; and a new form titled Proposal For New, Major/Minor Revisions, Or Elimination Of BSN, MSN, And DNP Courses. The new form applies to BSN, MSN, and DNP programs, only, and allows faculty to submit one form when presenting to multiple Curriculum Committees.
