Members of the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) community are invited to participate in the interview process for the director of equity, diversity, and inclusion position. The director will report to Diane Forbes Berthoud, PhD, MA, UMB's inaugural chief equity, diversity, and inclusion officer and vice president.

Thursday, Nov. 18, 3 p.m.: Bill Joyner
The candidates will give a 15- to 20-minute presentation regarding the experiences and achievements that have prepared them for this position. They also will describe an initiative they would want to develop at UMB. A question-and-answer period will follow the presentation.
