Nursing Faculty Needed for Research Study
March 01, 2021Exploring the Experiences of Nursing Faculty During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic
Nurse educators needed for a research study to better understand your experiences working as a nurse educator during the COVID-19 pandemic.
PURPOSE: To gain a better understanding of the concerns and experiences of nurse educators working with students during the coronavirus pandemic.
STUDY INFORMATION: There are two parts to this research. In the first part, you will complete a survey that includes demographic questions, questions about your professional responsibilities, the supports you receive from your employer, needs that have not been addressed, and your current sense of emotional wellbeing. We anticipate that the survey will take 20-30 minutes. At the end of this survey, you will have the opportunity to take part in a one-on-one interview about your perceptions about the impact of the pandemic on your professional and personal lives. The interview will take about 45-60 minutes.
COMPENSATION: There is no compensation for participating in this study; however, participants who complete the survey will receive a $5 Amazon e-gift certificate, and those who participate in the interview will receive a $30 Amazon e-gift certificate.
