Oct. 28: From Crisis to Collaboration — An Interprofessional Approach to the Opioid Crisis

Opioid use disorder (OUD) is a chronic, relapsing disease. Treatment should be patient-centered and designed with patient input. This free workshop will serve to bring interprofessional health care providers together to explore barriers to care and identify solutions. Highlights include a keynote address by Maryland Sen. Adelaide Eckardt, a guest panel, and breakout discussion sessions.
Physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, students, and medical residents are encouraged to register here.
Continuing education credits will be issued to attendees as follows:
- Pharmacy: 4.25 ACPE
- Medicine: 4.25 AMA PRA Category 1
- Nursing: 4.25 ANCC
- Social Work: 4 Category 1 CEU
