Without question, we are all adapting to a changing world at present. In an effort to provide students an advanced educational opportunity taught in an interprofessional, online environment, we are offering two of the introductory courses from our Online Master of Science in Palliative Care program this summer. If the home institution is amenable, these three credit courses may be an opportunity for students to fulfill elective requirements.

The two courses are:

  • Principles and Practice of Hospice and Palliative Care (PALC 601)
  • Symptom Management in Advanced Illness (PALC 605)

Eligible students include students enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy (rising P3 or P4), School of Medicine (rising M3 or M4), School of Nursing (Advance Practice candidate), or School of Social Work (MSW candidate), and physician assistant program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
