At the conclusion of this knowledge-based activity, the participant will be able to:
- Explain the risks and challenges associated with chronic pain management in older adults and opportunities for interprofessional collaboration.
- Interpret state laws and policies that affect chronic pain management in older adults in Maryland.
- Given a patient case, recommend best practices for providing patient-centered pain management in older adults in the state of Maryland.
