You are invited to participate in a nationwide survey to assist nursing programs to support a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive climate and culture.

The survey takes approximately 12 minutes. Its purpose is to understand student, staff, and faculty perceptions of our current School culture and climate, including to what extent members of our School community feel that they are understood, valued, and included.

The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) is administering the survey and will provide us with aggregated reports. We plan to use this data to help us address potential concerns and to better understand how the School of Nursing compares to other institutions across the country.

All responses will be collected anonymously. Only group data will be reported, and your answers cannot be connected with you in any way.

Take the survey

The survey closes Feb. 28; we ask that you complete it as soon as possible, with the understanding that new students may choose to delay responding.

The Learning Across Multidimensional Perspectives (LAMP) Culture and Climate Survey is funded by a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) grant.

Students, faculty, and staff, let your voice be heard!
