To prepare for the fall 2021 semester, we’re prioritizing room scheduling for curricular activities. Submit your room request for course breakouts, exams, learning labs, and extended course times from Aug. 9 - 25. Due to renovations and limited classroom space this fall, it is important to submit curricular space requests during this time period. Academic course room assignments are scheduled to be released by August 10. Look out for more information.

Room scheduling for all other activities and meetings will begin on August 26. Submissions prior to this date will be placed on hold until priority scheduling for curricular activities is complete.  

Regardless of request type, you must submit an official room request form in order to have space considered for use. Room schedulers will make every effort to provide a feasible location for use.
