What are some effective ways to give feedback to students on quizzes, short answer questions, and essays? In this session, from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 16, we will explore best practices for delivering feedback, and we will share different types of rubrics instructors can use to focus feedback for students. As part of an open discussion at the end of the session, please consider bringing along an assignment or class scenario you are currently using but might not be functioning in the way you hoped. We’ll open the session for peer feedback and discussion.

This presentation is provided by iDesign instructional design support specialist Sharon Jumper in coordination with the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning.
