At long last and after much work, Quantum Financials will be going live on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019. The companion systems of Quantum Analytics and Quantum Planning & Budgeting will follow with their go-live on Monday, Oct. 7.
To be ready to use the new systems, be sure to complete the User Authorization Forms to request roles and attend the relevant training sessions. Important information about roles and training can be found on the Training and Support page of the Quantum website.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ) from training sessions have been collected and also can be found on the Quantum Training and Support page.
Once Quantum is operational, please contact the UMB Help Desk by email (help@umaryland.edu) or by phone (410-706-4357 or 6-HELP from on campus) with questions. Screenshots are very useful in expediting a response if the issue involves an error message or other screen-related questions.
The Quantum project team is excited to reach this important milestone and will continue to provide support as we all transition to using the new, contemporary financial and reporting systems.
