Join us for UMB’s second annual Teaching with Technology Day!
Keynote speaker Christina Cestone, PhD, executive director, Center for Faculty Teaching and Learning, Academic Affairs/Graduate School, UMB, will kick off the day with “Like Crossing Antarctica on Foot: Planning for Technology Implementation and Systematic Outcomes Evaluation.”
M.J. Bishop, EdD, associate vice chancellor and director, William E. Kirwan Center for Academic Innovation, University System of Maryland, will present the closing keynote address, “A Look Back and Ahead: Obstacles and Opportunities on the Academic Innovation Horizon.”
Look for presentations throughout the day focusing on the use of specific technologies. The popular Technology Test Kitchen returns, providing the opportunity for interaction and exploration of technology, teaching tools, and lots more.
