After months of hard work by the logistics and steering committees — augmented by valuable feedback from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) community — UMB’s 2022-2026 Strategic Plan has been completed.
This strategic plan, which will guide UMB's collective priorities over the next five years, features six themes, each with an objective and four to five outcomes:
- Accountability and Integration of Core Values
- Student Growth and Success
- University Culture, Engagement, and Belonging
- Innovation and Reimagination
- Community Partnership and Collaboration
- Global Engagement and Education
