Please note the UMB Foundation’s end-of-year disbursement processing deadline dates below, as we will be unable to accept emergency/manual/expedited requests during the modified holiday schedule.

Disbursement requests received by:

Thursday, Dec. 12, to Tuesday, Dec. 31: Checks will be mailed (or available for pickup) on Friday Jan. 10
Thursday, Jan. 2, to Wednesday, Jan. 8: Checks will be mailed (or available for pickup) on Friday, Jan. 17.

As a reminder during this time of year, foundation policies strictly prohibit the purchase or reimbursement of gift cards to/for anyone on state payroll, regardless of the denomination. This policy is in accordance with IRS and University System of Maryland Board of Regents regulations, and is without exception.
