Please note the UMB Foundation’s end-of-year disbursement processing deadline dates below, as we will be unable to accept emergency/manual/expedited requests during the modified holiday schedule.

DISBURSMENT REQUESTS RECEIVED BY:

• Wednesday, Dec. 11: Checks will be mailed (or available for pickup) on Friday Dec. 20.  

• Thursday, Dec. 12 to Tuesday Dec. 31: Checks will be mailed (or available for pickup) on Friday Jan. 10.

• Thursday Jan. 2 to Wednesday Jan. 8: Checks will be mailed (or available for pick up) on Friday, Jan. 17.

As a reminder during this time of year, foundation policies strictly prohibit the purchase or reimbursement of gift cards to/for anyone on state payroll, regardless of the denomination. This policy is in accordance with IRS and USM Board of Regents regulations, and is without exception.
