Seven Must-Know Facts for Riding the New UM shuttle

This fall, several changes are coming to the UM shuttle. Read below for some quick facts to make your ride easier with the new service, which started Aug. 19:

  1. The shuttle now operates as follows: Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  2. Route 701 is being discontinued effective Aug. 19, but Route 703 now features a BioPark stop, located at Baltimore and Poppleton streets.
  3. Download the free UMB mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to access shuttle tracking on a live map.
  4. All vehicles are Wi-Fi-enabled and password-free.
  5. Vehicles will be branded with the UM shuttle logo.
  6. UMID is required in order to board.
