Do you have trouble sleeping? Study volunteers are needed. No in-person visits required.

The University of Maryland, Baltimore is conducting a research study to evaluate sleep problems and daytime function in older adults via mobile app.

We are inviting adults ages 60 to 85 years old with sleep problems such as insomnia (e.g., trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, or both). This can include individuals with obstructive sleep apnea.

If you join the study: You will wear a portable activity band. You will use an app on your smartphone to answer survey questions. You will receive compensation.
