Spring 2020 White Coat Ceremony – Baltimore

The White Coat Ceremony welcomes incoming BSN and CNL nursing students to health care practice. Students will learn from guest speaker Renay Tyler DNP, ACNP, vice president for ambulatory services and associate chief nursing officer at the University of Maryland Medical Center, about the importance of promoting the human aspect of nursing.
Students should arrive by 11:15 a.m. to check in. Remember to wear your scrubs/uniform and bring your white lab coat. Personal belongings should be left in the Student Success Center, Room 106, where they will be monitored during the ceremony.
A reception with refreshments will follow in the lobby.
