The co-chairs of UMB’s 2022-2026 Strategic Plan hosted a virtual town hall June 3 to discuss the plan’s proposed strategic objectives and strategic outcomes and consider how they support the plan’s six themes.
Themes are major areas of focus for the University that are influenced by our mission, vision, and core values. Strategic objectives establish context for each theme and bring them into sharper focus. Strategic outcomes are the results UMB expects to realize when successfully pursuing the strategic objectives. The co-chairs are seeking the UMB community’s input in evaluating how well the strategic objectives capture what UMB strives to achieve and how well the strategic outcomes align with and support the strategic objectives.
The co-chairs realize that many people may have been unable to attend the town hall, and even if you did so, they want to give you the opportunity to contribute anonymously through a short survey. Before starting, we encourage you to view the Strategic Plan town hall video, although there is no requirement to do so before participating in the survey.
