Survey: Experiences of Black Nursing Faculty as They Work to Earn Tenure and Promotion

Dr. Wilma J. Calvert, PhD, MPE, MS, RN, associate professor, University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Nursing and her colleague, Dr. Paulette Isaac-Savage, are conducting research to explore the experiences of Black nursing faculty as they work to earn tenure and promotion.
Inclusion criteria for participation in the survey are being Black or of African descent, and tenured or on the tenure-track. Participation includes completing an online survey without providing any identifying information.
