Opinions are needed from clinicians in the United States involved with prescribing opioids, for a study design for tapering opioids. 

The survey is HIPAA compliant and anonymous, and any information you choose to share will be strictly confidential and anonymous. The survey will take no more than 20 minutes and needs to be completed in one sitting, so please plan enough time to give it your full attention.
