As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded in early 2020, the PATIENTS Program at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy quickly pivoted its programming to continue its work in rebuilding trust and confidence in patient-centered medical research, particularly among African Americans and other underserved populations.
