In Microsoft Teams, presenters and organizers can spotlight people and pin their video/profile picture for everyone to see during a video conference. You are able to spotlight up to seven people at a time, including yourself.
To spotlight an attendee or yourself during a meeting:
- Locate and right-click on the person’s video or name from the participant list and choose Spotlight (or Add Spotlight if someone is already being spotlighted).
- To spotlight yourself: right-click on your video or your name from the participant list and choose Spotlight.
- To stop spotlighting someone: right-click on their video or name again and choose Stop Stoplight.
Please note that you will not be able to use the spotlight feature if your view is set to Large Gallery or Together Mode.
