Please join UMB's Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR) in welcoming guest speakers Phil Robilotto, DO, MBA, and Marco Chacόn, PhD, for  October’s ICTR Enrichment Series seminar. 

Robilotto is the director of UM Ventures, Baltimore, and associate vice president, UMB Office of Technology Transfer, Office of Research and Development.  Robilotto will highlight UM Ventures, a joint initiative of the MPowering the State program, bringing the University of Maryland, Baltimore and the University of Maryland, College Park together to commercialize discoveries and create economic impact by engaging partners in industry and social ventures.

Chacόn is the former assistant vice president of industry alliances, UMB Office of Research and Development, the founder and former chairman of Paragon Bioservices, Inc., the founder & CEO of IRAZU Biodiscovery, LLC, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Maryland, Baltimore Foundation. Chacόn will present his successful entrepreneurial experience at the UMB BioPark.
